"Outstanding service and products. I’ve been too busy to find time to go jewelry hunting, and too tired to explain what I wanted over the phone. I decided to email this store but thought it would be a shot in the dark. Remarkably it was the opposite. Not only did they happen to have the exact, very unique pendant I was looking for, they offered it to me at a discount!
I didn’t expect to get so lucky, so I had my dad come pick it up from them. When he got there, they already placed the pendant aside for me, even though I had not yet paid, and told him it was unavailable. Of course once he explained it was for me, they let us buy it the same day! "I'd like to share my experience with Scott's Jewelers. Several days ago I bought my wife a ring there.
Scott's has a good selection and really impeccable service - knowledgeable sales, and overall customer focussed approach. The saleswoman - Irina, was patient, helping me to navigate through the variety of styles and available options.
Too bad my wife didn't like the ring :) So today we went to exchange it. She found exactly what she liked, the ring was adjusted to her finger size within half an hour.
We were greeted with happy holidays by every employee at the store and felt very happy with the purchase and knowing that we found a jewelry store, in the neighborhood, where we will be coming back in the future.
